Detailed Area Plan to make the Rajshahi Metropolitan Development Plan (RMDP) Disaster Risk Sensitive

Troyee Associates is developing a Detailed Area Plan (DAP) to enhance the disaster risk sensitivity of the Rajshahi Metropolitan Development Plan (RMDP). Development of Walk ability and Pedestrian Facilities of the Sat Masjid Road, Dhanmondi and Improvement of Public Transport Facilities.

The development of walkability and pedestrian facilities along Sat Masjid Road, Dhanmondi, focuses on creating safe, accessible, and user-friendly pathways to enhance mobility and urban livability. Additionally, public transport facilities are being improved to ensure efficient, sustainable, and inclusive transportation options for commuters, contributing to a more organized and people-centered urban environment.

Action Area Plan

Climate Resilient Green Action Plan for Hazaribagh and Lalbagh focuses on creating sustainable and adaptive strategies to mitigate climate risks and enhance environmental quality in these areas. This plan emphasizes the development of green spaces, the promotion of renewable energy, and the implementation of water conservation and waste management systems.

Local Area Plan & Feasibility Study

Feasibility Study, Detailed Project Report (DPP), and Local Area Plan (LAP) preparation for the newly included eighteen wards of DNCC focus on the sustainable development of these areas, with a strong emphasis on public facility development.
